join/renew as an Individual Member

fmcboundary2017Anyone who LIVES (folks who rent, too!), or OWNS PROPERTY in First Montrose Commons is encouraged to Join First Montrose Commons Neighborhood Association  as an Active Individual Member.

Active Memberships run from the day you pay your annual dues until December 31st. Only Active Members whose dues are current may vote or hold office in the Neighborhood Association. Only persons who live or own property within the area shown on the map above are eligible to become Active Members in First Montrose Commons.

We must have your CURRENT CORRECT email & STREET ADDRESS to verify your membership. First Montrose Commons DOES NOT SHARE this information with anyone.

Dues are $10.00 (TEN DOLLARS) per person per year.

THERE ARE THREE OPTIONS TO PAY YOUR DUES:

1. On line with PayPal  :

 

Click the Donate with PayPal button under the PAY DUES – ONE RESIDENTIAL MEMBERSHIP section on the RIGHT side of the home page. This will take you to the PayPal site where your can follow the instructions and pay your annual dues.

NOTE – This link can ONLY pay ONE MEMBER’s DUES AT A TIME. If you want to pay for more than one member, you must return to the home page and click the link again.

You will receive an e-mail from PayPal confirming the transaction.

 2. By check or cash:

Bring your check or cash to the next FMC meeting.  Be sure to fill out the Membership Application envelope COMPLETELY & LEGIBLY & place it in the blue box. We meet on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, 7:00 – 8:00PM .During the school year, the meeting is generally held at the HSPVA, 4001 Stanford St; otherwise it’s held at the Montrose Center, 401 Branard St.

  3. By Mail:
