Anyone who LIVES (folks who rent, too!), or OWNS PROPERTY in First Montrose Commons is encouraged to Join The Civic Association of The First Montrose Commons as an Active Individual Member.

Active Memberships run from the day you pay your annual dues until December 31st. Only Active Members whose dues are current may vote or hold office in the Civic Association. Only persons who live or own property within the area shown on the map above are eligible to become Active Members in First Montrose Commons.

We must have your CURRENT CORRECT email & STREET ADDRESS to verify your membership. First Montrose Commons DOES NOT SHARE this information with anyone.

Dues are $20 (TWENTY) per person per year, payable each January.

THERE ARE THREE OPTIONS TO PAY YOUR DUES:

1. Online with PayPal  :

Click the PAYPAL logo in the FMC ONLINE  MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT section on the RIGHT side of the home page. This will take you to the PayPal site where your can follow the instructions and pay your annual dues.

NOTE – Please select the number of memberships you’d like to pay;  if you select more than one, please be sure to include the names and email addresses of everyone in the comments to seller section on PayPal so we can properly credit your payment..

You will receive an e-mail from PayPal confirming the transaction.

 2. By check or cash:

Bring your check or cash to the next FMC meeting.  Be sure to fill out the Membership Application envelope COMPLETELY & LEGIBLY & place it in the blue box. We meet on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, 7:00 – 8:00PM. During COVID-19 restrictions, we are meeting using the ZOOM teleconferencing platform. Members receive an email and a reminder email – each containing a link to join the meeting.

  3. By Mail:

Please make your check out to First Montrose Commons and mail it along with your name, address, phone number, email address and “interests” to the treasurer (below) or drop it off at:

The Civic Association of The First Montrose Commons, Inc. is a Texas Not for Profit Corporation, incorporated as a 501(c)4 nonprofit under the IRS Code. As such, contributions and dues are NOT tax deductible.
